Finals (Oral Presentations) Judging Criteria:
| 1. | PRODUCT or SERVICE: Do you know what it is and what it does? Is there a compelling value proposition or problem solution for customer? |
| 2. | COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS: How does it compare to alternatives? |
| 3. | MARKET SIZE: Large enough? Was market claim convincing? |
| 4. | SALES PLAN: Is it realistic, adequate to meet projections? |
| 5. | BUSINESS MODEL: Can you tell how the company will make money? Are margins comfortable? |
| 6. | MANAGEMENT: Professionalism of presentation: Knowledgeable, convincing, polished speaker |
| 7. | FUNDING: Were capital needs clear? Realistic for stage? Do you know how capital will be used? How it will create success? |
